How to use red light therapy for neck
This red light therapy pad is made specifically for the neck, but can also be used for, for example, wrists, elbows, ankles, etc. It has Velcro on one side, so it stays securely in place and you can easily move around while using it. It is very easy to attach wherever you want light therapy. Simply press the button to turn it on. You can switch on red, infrared, or both at the same time. It also has a built-in timer that automatically turns off after 15 min. We also have a larger model that provides
light therapy for both neck and shoulders at once.
