Payment
All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.
Heat Sense ApS accepts online payments with; [Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online]. We do not charge any transaction fees for your purchase.
The payment for the order will not be charged to your account until the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Heat Sense ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.
Delivery
We deliver goods in Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany and the United Kingdom. The delivery time for orders is usually 1-2 business days in Denmark, and 1-2 days extra to other countries. For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, the item will be sent on the first business day. For orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM, the item will be sent the same day.
Heat Sense ApS is responsible for the goods until delivery. If there are any problems with the delivery, we will take care of solving it.
Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.
All goods are delivered with PostNord or GLS.
Returns and right of withdrawal
At Heat Sense ApS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we always offer a 30-day right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the product, it must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 30 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, the order must be in our possession no later than 10 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of withdrawal. The notification must be given by email to info@heatsense.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You are responsible for any return costs yourself, just as the choice of carrier is your own.
Once we have received the item(s) and confirmed that it meets our return requirements, we will refund the full amount within 3 business days. We do everything we can to ensure a fast and smooth refund process.
It is up to Heat Sense ApS to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that in case of cancellation of the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.
Warranty
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, there is a 2-year warranty on products. The warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be reported to Heat Sense ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not apply to defects or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product.
Heat Sense ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent on demand.

Personal data policy
When you buy an item and pass on the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it is collected.
We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our freight management, which is not developed by Heat Sense ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of personal data.

If you have a complaint and we are unable to find a solution together, you can use one of the following options to complain:
- Center for Complaint Resolution, via the complaint portal v. Nævnenes Hus. Go to complaint portal.
- Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
- If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can state your complaint in the EU Commission’s online complaint portal. Go to EU complaint portal.
