Returns and right of cancellation

A full 30-day right of return is granted on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return costs, and the choice of carrier is your own.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 30 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation, the order must be in our possession no later than 10 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.

The notification must be given by email to info@heatsense.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

It is up to Heat Sense ApS to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that in case of cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.

 

Right of complaint

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year right of complaint is granted on products. The complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacture.

Complaints must be reported to Heat Sense ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

Heat Sense ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent on demand.
