How to use the Heat Sense light therapy glove
The light therapy glove is incredibly easy to use. Press the power button with the built-in battery (which also has control buttons). Then select the desired brightness and how long you want the therapy to last. Once you have selected the settings, put your hand or both hands into the gloves and start your light therapy. Note that if you only use one hand, you will receive light therapy on both sides of the hand and fingers. A user manual and charging plug are of course included. The light glove has a zipper so it can be opened completely for easy wiping and cleaning. The inside of the glove is also covered with a plastic cover, which protects the LED bulbs and makes cleaning easy.
