How to use the blue light blanket

The blue light therapy blanket is very user-friendly. You use it where you want to lie (or sit), and put the power plug into the socket. Then 2 wires must be connected to the blanket, one to each of the 2 parts. Then lie down or sit comfortably, and turn on the remote control. There are 5 different intensities, just as the auto-off time can be adjusted as desired.
